TC, the girls in the office, and Dr. Wunderle are truly some of the most amazing and compassionate people we have ever had the pleasure of meeting in the dental field here in Atlanta! ❤️ They went above and beyond to help my daughter with her extensive dental needs, showing us so much patience, kindness, and genuine care throughout the entire process. We are incredibly grateful for Dr. Wunderle and the entire staff. They made what could have been a very difficult experience so much easier for our family. Thank you all for everything you have done for my daughter and for treating her with such compassion and understanding. We are truly grateful! 🦷❤️

I absolutely love Dr Schaner and his entire staff. I have bad anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable. Saw him a couple years ago and I’m back to see him again. Wouldn’t go any where else for an extraction and implant!!

Just had our daughter’s 4 wisdom teeth removed. Your practice was top notch. The surgery itself was so fast. She had ZERO swelling and very minor pain- nothing Advil could not treat. She was back to eating normally 4 days later! Highly recommend. Well done 👍 👍two thumbs up! 😀

The staff took great care of my daughter. She was super nervous to get her wisdom teeth out and they put her right at ease. The surgical assistant took care in explaining all her post op care. Dr Schaner spoke to me after the surgery about how it went. He’s very personable and so pleasant - what a great bedside manner! Love the office and it’s staff

I had the worst experience ever at Atlanta Oral and Facial Surgery East Cobb office on June 17, 2026. Firstly the ladies at the front desk were not friendly at all! My dentist had referred me after I had experienced pain and burning due to allergic reaction from temporary cement from crown in the area of the tooth. The burning had subsided over the month and at the time of visit , I was experiencing pain deep in the tooth under the crown. The day I called to make my appt I thought I asked enough questions and asked if they would extract tooth or do root canal and I was told only dr would know once the tooth/ area was examined. So my thoughts were that the office knew my issue and that they would be looking at my tooth. While in office for appt, hygienist was gathering information while I explained to her about my tooth issues. Later she said dr needed panaramic xray, which I refused, because the I knew pain was in centralized area, one tooth and I was sure once saw the tooth he would be able diagnose the issue. He explained that without the xray he would not be able to do a thorough exam, I'm glad I refused , because now I see they were grabbing for more money. My unde
